How we provide Exercise Physiology support
We work with you to assess your current level of function, and then develop goals based on your needs and what you would like to improve. We develop a person specific intervention that will directly relate to the goals that have been developed both through your NDIS plan, as well as specific goals through the assessment
Exercise Physiologists have been trained to understand the needs of individuals and will work with you to help keep exercise interesting and continue to engage and make improvements throughout your life

Volunteering at the Great Stupa
Joe volunteers at The Great Stupa. Joe contributed to the construction of a large lantern called “Burning the Bad” for the recent Festival of Lights. On the night of the festival, people wrote their ‘bad
