Support work is a great option if you are seeking a career with flexible work hours. Support could involve late afternoon, evening, early morning and weekend work, with attractive penalty rates, leaving your days free.

For most of our support worker roles, you don’t need any previous experience.

We provide numerous opportunities for paid training and professional development throughout the working life of our staff and our evidence-based in-house training is spoken of highly across the sector.

Many of our managers, practice coaches, practice leaders and those working in a diverse range of other positions have started their career with us as support workers. For you too this may be a career pathway beyond support work.
