Please give a warm welcome to Andrew McGowan, who has recently taken on the role Practice Leader after working as a support worker for a number of years. Andrew will take the lead at two of our Supported Independent Living houses, in addition to some of our participants in the community.
Andrew initially joined us with an aim to gain experience, try something new and to better himself. What he has enjoyed most are “the outcomes I’ve seen for the people involved and how fun it can be developing relationships”.
He also has an interest in motorbikes, with his immediate aim to purchase a touring bike to allow him to travel. Keep an eye out for Andrew on the roads.
